Online Banking

Temporary Service Limitations during the Conversion Period:
  • Current online banking (and mobile banking) will be disabled at 3PM on 12/04/20.
  • New online banking experience will be available for sign in on 12/07/20.
New Experience for Online Access:
  • You will keep your existing username and will be prompted to go through Advanced Login Authentication, which will require a phone call or text message to obtain a security code.
  • You will enter a temporary password based on instructions provided by Western Bank
  • Customers must log into Online Banking through the new website before using the new Mobile Banking Application.
Information Impacted:
  • Existing Passwords will not be converted.
  • Any Online Banking alerts currently set up will not be converted.
  • Any transfers (scheduled, pending, or templates) currently set up will not be converted.
  • Current Mobile Applications will be disabled and new Mobile Applications will be available for download.


Along with the new online banking experience, Western Bank is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on December 7th, 2020. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instruction are available below.

1st Action Date: December 4th, by 3:00 PM, MST.

A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: December 7th

This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

Bill Pay

  • Bill Pay scheduling will be disabled from 11/30 – 12/07.
Information Impacted:
  • Any Bill Pay alerts currently set up will not be converted.
